This policy outlines the delegation of authority for key Organization's staff.
Temporary Absence or Incapacitation
During the temporary absence or incapacity of key staff, a delegation of temporary authority and responsibility shall occur.
The individual delegated temporary authority shall act within the existing policies and procedures of the Organization.
